Log in to your online account at ConsumersEnergy.com/login and make a one-time payment. You can use your checking or savings account, or your Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® credit or debit card.

  1. Pay by Phone

Make an immediate, one-time payment with your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, or electronic check using a third party. Residential and small business customers can call our direct billing line at 866-329-9593.

  1. Pay by Text

If you’re already enrolled in our Billing and Payment text alerts and have added your financial information to your account, simply text PAY to our notification to make a payment. Not yet enrolled? Log in to your online profile and verify/ add your financial information: ConsumersEnergy.com/login.
